Time for the History of Mobility
What is the shape of things to come? What kind of architecture is capable of conveying enthusiasm? What character should a place have to eff ectively stage-set the inventions which have been changing the world and continue to do so to this very day? How should a museum be designed to embrace the history and the future of the automobile?
Its architecture is a double helix, as unique and elementary as a strand of human genetic makeup. Descending through a series of Legend fl oors and Collection rooms, two intertwined tours ultimately arrive at a common destination: Innovations of the future. The selection of exhibits is as extraordinary as the Museum itself, for the fi rst time showcasing key representatives of the company’s commercial vehicle history alongside its passenger cars.
Welcome to the Mercedes-Benz Museum.
